We can help you

You might be feeling anxious, number, angry, confused, overwhelmed – or something else entirely. There is no “right” way to feel after what you’ve been through. However you’re feeling is valid.

We understand that reaching out for support can feel direct. We will listen without judgment, go at your pace and respect your choices.

Our support is tailored around you – your needs, your safety and what feels right for you.

We can offer:

  • Emotional support – a safe space to talk and be heard
  • Clear information and practice guidance – so you can understand your options
  • Advocacy – if you would like us to speak on your behalf with police, housing providers or other services
  • Specialist referrals – connecting you with trusted organisations for additional support, if and when you’re ready

You are in control of what support looks like. We will work alongside you, helping you feel safer, more informed and more supported as you move forward.

Our services are free and confidential. You do not need to have reported the crime to the police to access support.

If you’d like to know more about who we are and what to expect, we’re here to help.
