We understand that asking for help can be hard. We will listen without judging you. We’ll go at your pace and respect your choices.

We’ll work out what’s right for you. We’ll focus on what you need, what helps you feel safe and what you want to happen.

We can help with:

  • How you’re feeling a safe space to talk and be heard.
  • Understanding what happens next – clear information about your options and what you can do.
  • Speaking up for you – we can talk to police, housing services or other organisations if you want us to.
  • Connecting you to other support – we can put you in touch with other services when you’re ready.

You decide what support looks like. We’ll work alongside you, helping you feel safer and more informed as you move forward.

Our support is free and private. You don’t need to have reported the crime to police.
